Inulin belongs to a group of FODMAPs called galacto-oligosaccharides (sometimes referred to as GOS), but inulin is not the only GOS. Therefore, a sensitivity to inulin does not mean that you will be sensitive all GOS-containing foods.
If I record a high fermentation score for Inulin, does that mean that I am sensitive to all oligosaccharides?
