If you're starting out and experiencing issues with connectivity between your AIRE 2 and the FoodMarble app, your app may need to be updated or fully rebooted.

If you think the app needs to be updated, simply visit the Google Play Store or the App Store and check for updates.

If your app seems to be updated to the latest version, but you're still encountering difficulties, it's best to perform a reboot.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you have a stable internet / wifi connection

  2. Delete the FoodMarble app from your phone

  3. Visit the App Store / Google Play Store and download the app once again
